About us
Who we are
Shalom Healing and Prayer Ministries was founded in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, by Lady Evangelist Oluwatosin Georgina Osagunna. The ministry officially began in November 2021, following divine inspiration received through the Holy Spirit.
The ministry started as a small prayer gathering of eight (8) people in Bank, Olodo, Ibadan. Alongside this, campus fellowship meetings were established at the University of Ibadan and The Polytechnic, Ibadan. By the grace of God, the fellowship experienced remarkable growth, and by early 2023, the congregation had grown to several hundreds of members, all to the glory of God.
Shalom Healing and Prayer Ministries is committed to expository Bible teaching, holiness, evangelism, repentance, the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the rapture of the Church. The ministry places strong emphasis on prayer and fasting for healing, restoration, redemption, and divine blessings, following the example of Jesus Christ, who began His earthly ministry with prayer and concluded it with prayer on the cross.
