Our Beliefs & Doctrine
Our foundation is built on the Word of God and the finished work of Jesus Christ. These doctrines guide our faith, practice, and mission.
Mission Statement
1 John 3:8 – “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.”
Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, destroy the works of the devil, and bring healing, restoration, redemption, and salvation through prayer, fasting, and the Word of God.
Articles of Faith
We believe in the following foundational truths:
1. The Godhead
The unity of the Godhead and the Trinity of the persons therein. (Matt 28:19, 2 Cor 13:14, 1 John 5:7)
2. Human Nature & Salvation
The depravity of human nature, the necessity of repentance and regeneration, and eternal judgment. (Rom 3:23, 2 Cor 5:17, Rev 20:11–15)
3. Jesus Christ
The virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, resurrection, intercession, second coming, and millennial reign of Jesus Christ. (Matt 1:18–25, Heb 2:9, 1 Pet 2:21–24)
4. Justification & Sanctification
Believers are justified and sanctified through the finished work of Christ. (Rom 3:21–24, 2 Cor 3:17–18, Eph 4:23–24)
5. Baptism of the Holy Spirit
The baptism of the Holy Spirit with signs following. (Matt 3:11, Mark 16:17, Acts 1:8, Acts 2, Acts 10:44–48)
6. Gifts of the Spirit
The nine gifts of the Holy Spirit for edification of the Church. (1 Cor 12:4–28, Gal 5:22–23)
7. Sacraments
Baptism by immersion, the Lord’s Supper, and washing of feet. (Matt 3:16–17, Matt 28:19, 1 Cor 11:23–26, Rom 6:3–14, John 13:1–10)
8. Scriptures
The divine inspiration and authority of the Holy Scriptures. (John 1:1–4, 2 Tim 3:15–17, 2 Pet 1:20–21)
9. Church Government
Leadership through apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, elders, and deacons. (Eph 4:11–13, 1 Tim 3:1–13, Titus 1:5–11)
10. Falling from Grace
The possibility of falling from grace. (1 Cor 10:12, 1 Tim 1:19, Heb 3:12, Heb 6:4–6)
11. Tithes & Offerings
The obligation of tithes and offerings. (Gen 28:20–21, Malachi 3:10–12)
12. Divine Healing
Healing through obedience, faith, and the finished work of Christ. (James 5:14–18, 2 Kings 1:2–4)
13. Divine Provision
Faith in God as Jehovah Jireh to supply all needs. (Gen 22:12–14, Matt 6:25–34, Phil 4:19)
14. Marriage
Monogamy as God’s ordained plan. (Gen 2:24, Matt 19:4–8, Luke 10:2–9)
15. Helps Ministry
Helping the poor, widows, and needy as commanded in Scripture. (Psalm 41:1, Prov 14:21, Matt 25:34–40)
16. Evangelism
The divine commission to preach the Gospel to all nations. (Mark 16:15–16, Matt 28:19, 2 Cor 10:16)
